This program will acquaint you with the fundamentals of commercial real estate including the key differences between residential and non-residential real estate, identification of the "players", types of commercial real estate and associated transactions. 

We will also discuss methods for valuation of commercial property and will review the documents used in commercial transactions. The overall goal of the course is to better equip you to decide if this is a specialty you want to pursue.
