NAR’s new implicit bias course helps REALTORS® learn tactics to avoid fair housing pitfalls and interrupt stereotypical thinking so they can provide equal professional service to every client. Participants will learn about the mind science of identity, study how implicit bias can result in fair housing violations, and engage in interactive exercises to improve their ability to work with clients of diverse backgrounds.
