The Sales Contract is the pinnacle of a REALTOR'S® expertise—a binding agreement that reflects their skill and professionalism. This course is designed to help real estate professionals refine their approach to completing contracts, ensuring every detail is handled from the first word to the final signature.

Participants will learn to see the contract as more than a legal document; they will discover how to use it as a powerful tool to facilitate successful closings. The course also explores strategies to minimize the risk of litigation and delves into the reasons why consumers may back out of deals. REALTORS® will gain techniques to re-engage hesitant customers and bring them back to the table.
